TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.GENERAL- I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.- You must be 18 years or older to commission NSFW from me.- These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The version agreed upon at the time of payment applies to your commission.PAYMENT- Full payment is required upfront before I begin the commission.- Payments are non-refundable once work has started.- Prices are listed in euros (€) and may vary depending on complexity.- PayPal payment will add a 6 % on price due to PayPal’s fees.COMMISSION PROCESS- The commissioner must provide clear references and a detailed description of the request.- Artistic interpretation is part of the process; minor differences from the original idea may occur.- Progress updates may be provided unless otherwise agreed.REVISIONS- Minor revisions are included (small adjustments such as colors or details).- Once the lineart is done there will only be small adjustments available and bigger changes will come with an additional fee.- Major revisions (pose changes, full redesigns, or significant changes) will require an additional fee.- Revisions requested after final delivery are not guaranteed.TURNAROUND TIME- TAT May very depending on the situation and status. My commissions won’t take longer than 2 months max!- Delays may occur due to personal circumstances or unforeseen issues, you will be informed if this happens.- I am not responsible for delays caused by missing references or late responses from the commissioner.USAGE RIGHTS- I retain full copyright to the artwork.- The commissioner receives a personal, non-commercial license to use the artwork.- Commercial use must be discussed beforehand and will require an additional fee of 100%.- The artwork may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own.ARTIST RIGHTS- I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on social media, my website, and in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.- I reserve the right to decline requests that go against my style, values, or personal boundaries.PROHIBITED CONTENTI will not draw:- Hate speech or discriminatory content- Illegal content- Explicit sexual content involving minors- Armor or super detailed clothing.- RealismREFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS- Refunds are not available once the commission has started.- If I am unable to complete the commission, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the progress made.
